ACTIVE RECOVERY ROUTINES
Based on your history of soreness and training goals, our algorithms generate recovery exercise routines custom for you. Video tutorials and guided instruction from top physical therapists make it easy and simple to recover from runs and workouts, while strengthening your body so you can stay injury free.

DAILY CHECK IN AND SORENESS TRACKING
Looking to keep an eye on a sore spot so it doesn’t turn into an injury? We check in with you daily so you can track progress over time. Watch soreness disappear as you commit to active recovery.

RECOVERY SCORE
When should you take a rest day? Recover Athletics provides a recovery score based on your sleep hygiene, the amount of active recovery routines you're completing, the change in quantity / intensity of your training over time, and your reported soreness. This metric helps inform your ability to push yourself on a day to day basis, so you can rest or cross train when you need to and stay ahead of injury.

INTEGRATE YOUR DEVICE
We integrate training and bio data from your favorite wearable devices. Strava integration is currently available in-app with GARMIN, POLAR, SUUNTO, COROS, FITBIT and APPLE HEALTH Integrations coming soon. Data from your training and lifestyle helps us make the best recovery recommendations for you.

EXERCISE LIBRARY
Browse a large library of over 150 injury prevention exercises and 40 pre-made routines to strengthen and injury proof every part of your body. In collaboration with Massachusetts General Hospital’s Sports Medicine Clinic and physicians at Harvard Medical School, we have built a comprehensive database of the techniques that runners need to stay injury free.
