What's New in OK Play 5.3.0 >
Dear OK Play Community,
It's with a heavy heart that we share that OK Play will be shutting down on June 30th, 2022. We are forever grateful for the privilege and opportunity we’ve had over the past couple of years to serve our incredible community of creative kids.
Our company has been acquired and we will no longer be able to provide the needed resources to continue to operate the app and the quality-bar we know our community deserves.
Thank you for supporting us for the last couple of years, inspiring us every day with your mind-blowing creativity and imagination, and trusting us to deliver the safest, highest-quality experience for your families.
Here are some important changes coming to OK Play:
All OK Play content will be free starting June 1st, 2022.
For the month of June, we will be unlocking all content on OK Play as a special thank you to our community. All members will be able to access and play our entire catalog of interactive content. In order to access, download or upgrade to the latest version of the app (5.3).
We will be removing community-based functionality from the app.
In order to keep our community as safe as possible during this transition, we will be removing community-based sharing features and functionality from the app. This includes the ability to submit videos to the community, as well as removing our Explore or Play feeds.
All members will still be able to create videos and download them to their device, as well as download existing videos that have been uploaded to their profile by tapping on the “Download” button located at the bottom right corner of each video within the app.
OK Play will be shut down on June 30th, 2022.
Starting on June 30th, 2022, we will be removing the OK Play app from the Apple App Store. Our customer support team will be available at support@okplay.co until the end of August.
