You tell us your situation. We give you a great custom workout for FREE.
Here's how it works:
1. The user selects where they are working out, their goal, muscle group(s) to focus on, and a difficulty.
2. The user is then given a custom workout with unique methods and rep schemes catered to their situation. Can't do an exercise? Just swipe to swap or delete it! Not sure how to do an exercise? Select it for a description and video demonstration.
3. Users can then save workouts under their "Incomplete" or "Completed" workout folders to keep track of their history.
What makes us different than your average workout app? A few things...
1. Simplicity. We didn't overload the app with unnecessary features. We wanted anyone to be able to quickly hit a few buttons and get a great custom workout.
2. Customization. Whether you are working out at home or the gym, trying to get lean or gain weight, looking for a quick workout or a grueling one, you can do it all with AccuFit.
3. Variations. We incorporate unique methods and rep schemes. Ever hear of the 1/4 rep method? What about the 6-12-6 method? Drop sets? Have you ever gotten as many reps as you can in a 30 or 60 second period? Workouts on AccuFit may be tough, but at least they won't be boring ;)
4. FREE! Our workouts are entirely free. Most fitness apps charge you a subscription, a large fee, or try to bring you in with some sort of trial. We believe this sort of thing shouldn't break the bank, so we made it all free :)
