How does it work?
Glad you asked. Basically, it comes down to three steps:
* Choose the properties that you’re interested in from the available rental properties in Atlanta. We’ll be adding more markets soon.
* Create an account on the Landa App and connect your bank account(it’s quick!). Make a deposit so you can buy shares for as little as $5. Celebrate your entry into the world of real estate investment.
* Earn monthly dividends from rental income. Stay in the loop with regular updates about what is going on with your properties and watch your money grow.
With Landa, you’re in control. No investment manager is selecting properties for you; you can handpick your portfolio by buying shares in as many properties as you like.
Earn dividends. Every month, we collect the rent, pay expenses, and distribute the profits (based on performance). You can also check your app to compare current and past dividends.
Transparency is key, and we provide real-time updates on your property. If there is a rent change, a maintenance issue, or a new tenant, you will know about it. We’ll also keep you in the loop about updates in the app, like when the resident pay the rent or if new properties are added.
We also have community pages where you are also able to talk with other investors and our team about the app, the investment opportunities and more. The goal is to build a helpful, friendly, community so you can not only earn some extra money, but make some new friends, too.
