How does the unlocking procedure works?
During the unlock procedure we'll sent e-mails (And text message if a phone number is known) to the deceased person. If he / she does not cancel the procedure the message will be unlocked. Unlocking with a Unlock code will take 7 days.
Securing your message is a high priority, these are just some of the measurements we took. End-to-end encryption, Video storage encryption, 2-Step verification is available.
