By using words to describe your loop and combining these new memories with other experiences you’ve had in the past – you’re more likely to act on the information you’ve gained and make meaningful changes IRL.

Our clinical team developed a new way to help you reflect and grow once you’ve finished a loop. You can now track your thoughts and feelings by:

Selecting emojis to log your mood

Using “hold to talk” to reflect on the most memorable part of the conversation

Looking back at your looping history to see how you’ve grown

NOTE: Your reflections will always be stored privately and securely in your account. They will never be visible to anyone else on Loop.

No time after a loop? Come back to your Profile page to complete your reflection exercise within 3 days after a loop. This way, you’re more likely to accurately recall and reflect on your experiences.
