In this version, we focus mostly on stability and compatibility with iPadOS 13:
- Disable scrolling and zooming for Pencil-only mode.
- Fix bug where iOS 9.3.5 could not install.
- Fix bug where password protected notebooks did not validate when comes back from background.
Note: We decide to temporarily discontinue support for third-party styluses in this release. If you're using third-party styluses, please consider to stick with your current Notes Plus version.
