Tweaked time stretching algorithm for better-sounding stable sounds.
Fixed an issue where time stretching while loading a different project could cause inconsistencies.
Added a partial workaround for a new iOS 12.4 bug that impacts Inter-App Audio and Audiobus. When using Loopy within an Inter-App Audio host, please switch to Loopy after loading in order to enable the audio system.
