Improvements and bug fixes:
Improves reliability of browsing through players' score fields when editing a play.
Fixes a problem where scores could end up in the role field if a player was deleted from the play.
Games listed in a Challenge are now sorted taking articles into account.
The games on the Insights screen are now sorted based on number of plays and date when that play-count was reached.
'New' is not set automatically on anonymous players anymore.
Fixed crash on iPad when selecting the part of the collection to import from BGG.
Fixed current selected period not completely fitting on Insights screen.
NemeStats: recognizes better when re-authentication is necessary and make that easier.
NemeStats: fixes occasional problems with posting plays with no points.
